Seeking therapy is not always an easy decision to make and it takes an immense amount of courage to ask for help. Together, we can identify and make progress towards your goals to improve your quality of life. I offer Individual Therapy sessions or Support Therapy sessions for adults 18+.

How It Works

I utilize evidenced based practices including Dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed treatment, and Self-Compassion strategies. My clients appreciate leaving sessions with a way to address what they are dealing with. I encourage all of my clients to make commitments at the end of sessions, in order to reach treatment goals that we’ve established together.

Initial Intakes and Individual Sessions (50-60 minutes) $125

Individual sessions (45 minutes) $100
